iPhone apps for kids - a saver if you forgot the toys for your children
55Has it ever happened to you – you come visiting to your friends, check the backpack and realize that you forgot kid's toys at home? We have all been there. Usually, parents still try to find something for the child to play. However more often than not, kids are doomed to boredom for the rest of the night. Luckily, nowadays we have iPhones or other smartphones. And then apps for kids become our survivor.
Using iPhone Apps for Kids
You don't have to worry, that the child will be bored. With endless apps on the market, there is always room for fun. And hopefully for learning. Whether you have one child, two, or half a dozen – it can still work. The kids can either take turns playing the games or you can find iPhone apps that allows a large number of players to join the game.
Save some space
Great thing about substituting iPhone apps for kids for actual toys is that it not only helps when you forgot the toys. You can actually choose not to take them. Think, how much space in the suitcase or in the car you could save! In addition you don’t have to spend those precious extra minutes that you have packing different toys for each child. Just grab the iPhone and you are done.
Moreover you don't need to carry around paper and pencil anymore. With apps like “Scribble” kids can draw with fingers on the screen and save their pictures. Surely, there is also much more to explore.
And finally, you could just use the iPhone to watch the cartoons on the web or just listen to the music. It is less interactive, but not less fun.
A few more points to consider
Interactive and educational iPhone apps for children are also great for bonding among family members. Whether you download an educational app that is designed to teach your child, or you choose an iPhone app that simply keeps the kids entertained during long waiting times, many different iPhone apps available for kids certainly come in handy.
If you have more than one child, just be sure to allow each of them to play with iPhone apps for the same amount of time in order to avoid any fights or arguments. It is also recommended that children do not play with the iPhone for too long to avoid straining their eyes and becoming over excited.
Hopefully, this helps to make your backpack easier for the next trip. Just don't forget your iPhone!

So many apps its sometimes hard to find good ones, I've downloaded some rubbish ones and wasted my money! A free one I came across Grimm's Red Riding Hood 3D Interactive Pop Up Book is a big hit in our house, bought their other titles too. Out of the 100 or so apps we have these are the best ones. Looking for more recommendations preferably educational
